Bloom & Flow is a beginner-friendly pole workshop created for women who have always been curious about pole but haven't yet found the confidence to step into a studio.More than learning pole, this is a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body, embrace your femininity, move freely, and explore your sensuality, without judgment or expectation.Guided by an experienced pole dancer who understands the journey of body image and self-discovery, you'll leave knowing that pole isn't about looking a certain way, it's about building confidence, finding freedom in movement, and giving yourself permission to take up space.R350 for a single slot R600 for you and a friend.
